Team inbox
The Fanvue chatting app for your whole team
The AI answers the routine messages. The conversations that need a person land in the model’s shared inbox, where your chatters see the whole Fanvue chat, answer it, and everyone can tell who sent what. Switching models takes one click.
Free team seats. A plan per model, no revenue share.

How the work splits
Your chatters only see what needs a person
Most messages never reach the inbox, because the AI handles them. What does reach it is the part worth a chatter's time: the fans who need judgement, and the drafts you want a person to check.
- 1
The AI takes the routine
It answers every fan in the model’s voice and language, sells from her library, and checks in with fans who went quiet.
- 2
It hands over the rest
A fan who wants to meet, asks for a custom, sounds in distress or says they are under 18 is paused and put in the inbox under Needs reply, with the AI’s draft held.
- 3
Your chatter answers
They read the whole conversation, edit the draft or write their own, attach a PPV from the library at a price for that message, or schedule it for later.
How much the AI sends on its own is up to you, per model and per fan. Read how replies and handovers work on the chat automation page.
Built for a team
One inbox, several chatters, no crossed wires
Assigned conversations
Mine, Unassigned, or by teammate. A chatter can take an unassigned chat or let go of their own.
"Has it open"
Opening a chat marks it for everyone, so two people never answer the same fan at once.
Who sent what
Every message says whether the AI sent it, a teammate edited it first, or someone wrote it themselves.
Per-fan AI switch
For any fan: let the AI send on its own, have it draft for review, or switch it off.
Ask the AI for a draft
Have the AI write the reply again, then edit it before it goes.
Search every fan
Find any fan by name or handle, however long ago they last wrote.

Activity
See what each chatter actually did

FAQ
Questions agencies ask
More on running several models: FanWake for agencies.
Is there a Fanvue chatting app for agencies and chatters?
Yes. FanWake has a team inbox for Fanvue: for each model, one queue of the conversations that need a person, the whole Fanvue chat for each fan, a reply box, and the fan’s details beside it. The AI answers the routine messages on its own, your chatters take the ones it hands over, and switching models takes one click.
Can several chatters work on one Fanvue account?
Yes. Invite your team as managers or chatters. Conversations are assigned (Mine, Unassigned, or by teammate), a chat shows when someone has it open so two people never answer the same fan, and every message in the conversation says who sent it.
Do chatters need the Fanvue password?
No. The model’s Fanvue account is connected once through Fanvue’s official sign-in, and FanWake never sees the password. Chatters sign in to FanWake with their own login and only see the models you give them.
What can a chatter see?
Only the Inbox and the Fans list, for the models you give them access to. Chatters cannot change a model’s setup, see billing, or change the team. Owners handle billing and the team, and managers run the models.
Does FanWake charge per seat?
No. Team seats are free. Each model has its own plan, from free to $249 a month, and FanWake never takes a share of sales or tips.
Can I see how each chatter is doing?
Yes. Owners and managers see Activity: what the AI sent next to what the team sent, and per teammate how many messages they sent, how often they edited the AI’s draft first, how many drafts they discarded, how long a draft waited, and the sales that followed.
Does it work with OnlyFans?
No. FanWake is built only for Fanvue and connects through Fanvue’s official API.
